How do I apply to AIIMS Academy?

You can apply online through our registration page by filling out the application form. The process includes submitting your personal information, selecting your preferred program, and providing any relevant educational background. After submission, our admissions team will contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule an interview and assessment.

What are the admission requirements?

Admission requirements vary by program:

  • Hifz Program: Minimum age 7 years, basic Quran reading ability
  • الدرس النظامي: Minimum age 12 years, completion of Quran reading
  • اللغة العربية: No prerequisites, suitable for all levels
  • الأكاديمية الإلكترونية: Internet connection and basic computer skills
Is there an application fee?

Yes, there is a one-time non-refundable application fee of $50 for new students. This fee covers the cost of processing your application, conducting assessments, and administrative expenses. The fee is waived for early bird applicants who submit their applications before the early registration deadline.

When does registration open for the new academic year?

How long does it take to complete Hifz?

The duration of Hifz varies depending on the student's age, dedication, and daily memorization capacity. On average, students complete their Hifz in 2-4 years. Younger students who can dedicate more time daily may complete faster, while working adults might take longer. Our teachers work with each student individually to create a suitable memorization schedule.

What is الدرس النظامي?

الدرس النظامي is a traditional Islamic scholarship program that covers comprehensive Islamic sciences including Tafsir, Hadith, Fiqh, Arabic Grammar, Islamic History, Logic, and more. It's an منهج منظم لمدة 8 سنوات recognized globally. Graduates receive an Alim certification and are qualified to serve as Islamic scholars, teachers, and community leaders.

Do you offer part-time programs?

Yes, we offer flexible part-time options for working professionals and students. Our Weekend Islamic Studies program, Evening Tajweed classes, and الأكاديمية الإلكترونية are designed for those who cannot attend full-time. Classes are scheduled to accommodate various schedules without compromising the quality of education.

Are classes segregated by gender?

Yes, in accordance with Islamic principles, we maintain separate classes for male and female students from the age of 12 onwards. Children's classes (under 12) are co-educational. We have dedicated female instructors for female students and male instructors for male students. Both programs follow the same curriculum and maintain equal standards of education.

Fees & Payment

What are the tuition fees?

Tuition fees vary by program:

  • Hifz Program: $200/month or $2,000/year
  • الدرس النظامي: $250/month or $2,500/year
  • اللغة العربية: $150/month
  • Online Courses: $100-$150/month depending on program

Discounts available for: multiple siblings (10%), full-year payment (15%), and financial hardship cases (inquire with administration).

Do you offer financial aid or scholarships?

Yes, we offer need-based financial aid and merit scholarships. Approximately 20% of our students receive some form of financial assistance. To apply for financial aid, submit the financial aid application along with your admission application. Decisions are made based on financial need and academic merit. We believe financial constraints should not prevent anyone from seeking Islamic knowledge.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods for your convenience: bank transfer, credit/debit cards, checks, cash (in person), and online payment portals. Monthly automatic payment plans are available. International students can pay via wire transfer or international payment services. Please contact our finance office for specific payment instructions.

Is there a refund policy?

Refunds are available with the following conditions: 100% refund if withdrawal occurs before the semester starts, 50% refund within the first month, and no refund after the first month. The application fee is non-refundable. Emergency circumstances are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our full refund policy document or contact the administration office.

Facilities & Resources

What facilities are available on campus?

Our campus features modern facilities including air-conditioned classrooms, a well-stocked Islamic library with over 5,000 books, computer lab with high-speed internet, prayer hall (masjid), separate facilities for male and female students, cafeteria, parking area, and outdoor spaces. الكل classrooms are equipped with multimedia teaching aids.

Is accommodation provided?

We do not currently have on-campus dormitories. However, we maintain partnerships with nearby housing facilities and can assist students in finding suitable accommodation. We also provide a list of recommended housing options and roommate matching services for out-of-town students. Many students commute daily from surrounding areas.

Do you have a library?

Yes, our academy has an extensive Islamic library with over 5,000 books including classical texts, Tafsir, Hadith collections, Fiqh references, Islamic history books, and contemporary Islamic literature in multiple languages (Arabic, English, Urdu). Students have free access during library hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM). We also provide digital resources and e-books for online students.

Our online classes are conducted via Zoom or our custom learning platform. Classes include live video sessions with teachers, screen sharing for presentations, interactive Q&A, recorded sessions for review, and digital assignments. Students need a computer/tablet with camera and microphone, stable internet connection, and basic computer skills. Technical support is available.

Are online certificates recognized?

Yes, certificates issued for online programs hold the same value as in-person programs. Our online curriculum follows the same rigorous standards, and students must complete all assessments and requirements. The certificate does not indicate whether the program was completed online or in-person. Our graduates have successfully pursued further Islamic studies and teaching positions worldwide.

What if I miss a live class?

We recommend watching missed classes promptly to stay on track. We maintain small class sizes to ensure individual attention. The average student-teacher ratio is 10:1 for Hifz classes and 15:1 for other programs. This allows teachers to closely monitor each student's progress, provide personalized feedback, and address individual learning needs effectively.

Are parents allowed to visit?

Yes, parents are welcome to visit the academy during office hours. We encourage parent involvement and conduct regular parent-teacher meetings. For classroom observations, please schedule an appointment in advance with the administration. We also host open house plans throughout the year where parents can tour facilities and meet teachers.

What age groups do you teach?

We accept students of all ages. Our programs cater to: children (ages 7-12), teenagers (13-17), young adults (18-25), and adults (25+). Do you organize extracurricular activities?
